Joining the Group

Bradbury Group brings together researchers from top academic and industry labs to work on ambitious, method-driven projects in image diffusion, scientific machine learning, and lightweight model design. We operate as a volunteer, part-time research collective- selective in admission and focused on producing rigorous work suitable for top machine-learning venues.

Our contributors include PhD and postdoc-level researchers, industry research engineers, and exceptional undergraduates who have already demonstrated the ability to read papers, implement methods, and run meaningful experiments.

Why Join?

We provide a way for capable researchers to do serious, publishable ML work - with the compute, collaborators, and project structure needed to turn ideas into papers. People join us because they want to publish outside their company, return to hands-on research, transition from applied science into ML, or work on ambitious projects they could never run alone. If you have ability and initiative, we give you the environment to produce work aimed at top venues -while balancing full-time roles or academic programs.

We bring on only a small number of contributors at a time. Admission is selective across all roles - research, engineering, infrastructure, math, operations, or domain science. We look for people who can think clearly, work independently, communicate reliably, and take responsibility for moving work forward in a collaborative environment.
